1.  CHECK-IN Slo Brew Lofts are a collection of luxury loft vacation rentals providing self check in for all loft suites, there is NO front desk or regular staff on site.

Check-in starts at 3 pm. We can't guarantee an early check in until the day of your reservation. If you wish for an early Check IN please inquire the morning of your arrival.
The remaining balance due will be charged on the date of arrival to the card on file.

2.  CHECK-OUT is 11:00 am. Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50/hour.

3.  We are available daily from 9 am to 5 pm.

4.  LOBBY is locked 24 hours for your privacy and security, and is accessible by a code. Access codes are restricted to Guests staying at SLO Brew Lofts, and are not available to the general public. Elevator and luggage carts are provided for your convenience. 

5. NOISE levels this is a shared space please remember to be mindful of your neighbors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept at a respectful level.

6. PETS Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring your pet. There is a pet fee of $100 per pet (1 pet per loft please ) during your stay. Inability to report your pet’s stay will result in a $350 fine. No unauthorized pets (excluding service animals ) are allowed. Please do not leave pets unattended in loft suites. please pick up after your pet.

7. CLEANING FEES Guests are expected to leave their suites in proper condition.  Dishes in dishwasher, trash in trash can/bags. Refrigerators cleaned out of all food. Cleaning fees are meant for linens and deep cleanings. Cleaning fees are applicable to all reservations and are non-refundable. Cleaning fees per stay are:

Carissa Co-Op Room: $90

Castaway #207 1 Bedroom $170

2 Bedrooms (Gypsy #201 and Vagabond #202) $200

3 Bedrooms $230 (Drifter#204) or $270 (Voyager#206)

Entire Facility $1,105

Non-refundable cleaning fee per stay

8. PARKING, We have a 10-minute Passenger Loading Zone out front, we recommend unloading your car and grabbing your parking vouchers first when you arrive (overnight parking vouchers and directions to the structure are located in your Loft Suite's Welcome Packet)

The Lofts offer 1 Overnight Parking Voucher per Night per Loft Suite
i.e. 2 Nights Booked = 2 Complimentary Passes.

Additional parking can be purchased though the parking structure kiosk.  Overnight parking ranges from $12.50-$17.50 per night. 

**Guests will be responsible for any daily parking rates in/out of the parking structures or meters etc. We highly recommend using the Parking Structure, it is safe and close by. Metered spaces (valid 9 am to 9 pm), or free parking on nearby residential streets. Please read all street signs for parking restrictions, as every street can vary.

9. PARTIES & EVENTS, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated;
If the renter or guests are thought to be excessively disruptive, The Slo Brew Lofts reserve the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund;
Tenant must maintain all property and furnishings in good order;
Tenant may only use appliances for their intended use;
Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property;
All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter;
Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit;
Guests may not send packages to the Loft they are renting;
Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home;
Unless otherwise authorized in writing Slo Brew Lofts, no gatherings, loud celebrations, parties or other private events (collectively "events") are to be held at the vacation rental property during your occupancy. Holding an event without receiving prior approval, permit or permission from Slo Brew Lofts is considered an abuse and breach of these Terms and Conditions and is cause for immediate termination of occupancy. Upon any infraction of rules, Slo Brew Lofts may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with you, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, you will forfeit all monies, including security deposits. Only those guests listed on the attached guest list to this rental agreement may occupy the property during the reservation periods. UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES MAY RECEIVE A FINE UP TO $1,500.

10. TRASH there are city blue (recycling) and grey (trash) garbage bins located directly outside the lofts on the creek side of the building. if the suite is left with an excess of reasonable waste will incur a charge of $150; 3 BAG MAX LEFT IN SUITE OVER TRASH PER SUITE

11. If applicable to your reservation, a damage fee will be used at the sole discretion of Slo Brew Lofts to pay for the restoration of the property to its original move-in conditions (outside of other normal wear and tear). Additional costs include but are not limited to: cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, removing excessive garbage, repairing or replacing any part of the premises, its contents, common areas and recreational facilities for damage caused after your move-in. In the event that said deposit is insufficient, you agree to allow Slo Brew Lofts to charge your credit card on file to pay the additional costs or we may send you an invoice that is payable in full upon receipt. If all terms and conditions of the agreement are fulfilled, the deposit will be returned in full within 21 business days after guest departure.

12.REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs/Apple TV, stereo equipment, WiFi. Please report any inoperative equipment to our office promptly. Slo Brew Lofts will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given phone instructions by Slo Brew Lofts management or associate, a maintenance service professional will be dispatched upon availability (weekends are usually not available for immediate assistance).

13. NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO NOISE FROM NEARBY DOWNTOWN SURROUNDINGS OR BUSINESSES, MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE SLO BREW LOFTS WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. Slo Brew Lofts will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.

14. PAYMENT POLICY All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking; the balance is due on the day of arrival. Any additional charges incurred by Guest during the stay may be paid for at time of service. Owner accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or cash, sorry no checks.

15. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations affect us greatly. If you wish to cancel the reservation, please notify us in writing via email. Any fee(s) paid to date will be refunded as follows:

- 30 days notice: 100% full refund

- 14 days notice: 50% refund

- Less than 14 days notice: forfeit deposit

These are unpredictable times but, please note that we are upholding our standard cancellation and refund policy with NO exceptions.

For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival.

For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14 full days prior to check-in time on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund is provided.

If Guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, the unused nights are not refunded. In addition, if the Guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights spent are not refunded.

16. NO SMOKING POLICY
 All properties are non-smoking. Violation of the no smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or any odors.

17. OCCUPANCY LIMITS Our rental rates are based upon a maximum of two persons per bedroom/sleeper sofa. Children are counted in total occupancy, unless they are under the age of 5 years old. Guests who violate the occupancy limits are in serious violation and breach of these Terms & Conditions, and Slo Brew Lofts reserve the right to deny access or to require all guests to vacate the premises. No refund of monies will be issued due to violation of the house rules, noise ordinances, or occupancy limits.

18. SURVEILLANCE
Our property houses cameras in the hall and outside door way only for guest safety.

19. ENTERTAINMENT & ACTIVITIES are available for your use. The Owner furnished each suite with various musical instruments, books, board games, and Apple TV. We are also happy to navigate you towards local beer and wine tours, beaches, hiking, biking, community events, sports, and other activities unique to the Central Coast. Have fun! 

20. MUST BE 21+ TO DRINK ALCOHOL.

21. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE & RESPECTFUL at all times while on the property. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 

22.  DAMAGES We reserve the right to charge extra for any damage to or removal of items from the premises, excessive and/or unusual cleaning; the replacement/repair cost will be charged to your credit card on file. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

23. ROOF TRESPASSING on the roof of or adjacent to the property is not allowed at any time. Removal of window screens is also not permitted. If guests are found to have violated this policy, a $550 charge will be assessed.

24. APPLE TV It is the guest's responsibility to log out of the account prior to checking out. Owner is not be responsible for logging you out. If the remote control is lost, it will incur a charge.

25. NO REPLACEMENT PROPERTY GUARANTEED While every reasonable attempt will be made to accommodate you, if the vacation rental property selected by you does not meet your approval, Slo Brew Lofts cannot guarantee that another vacation property will be made available to move you once you have reserved a specific vacation rental property.

26. HOST CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION If the property which is the subject of this agreement becomes unavailable for any reason, a suitable substitute property shall be found, or all monies returned in full to the guest, with no further liability opposed upon Management or the property owner. Slo Brew Lofts will not be in breach of the terms of this agreement if the cancellation is beyond reasonable control including but not limited to a change in ownership of the property, a damage or malfunction of equipment, disturbances on nearby properties, construction in or adjacent to the property, labor disputes, governmental regulations or controls, fire or other casualties, holdover tenants from a previous rental, inability to obtain materials or services, technical failure or difficulties, problems or interruptions with the internet or television, computer viruses, acts of god, insurrections, terrorism, or any other cause.

27.  LOST & FOUND Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost.

28. THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS third party bookings must be cancelled through the third party booking agent. slo brew lofts has no power to convert your reservation after third party booking. please call to put a credit card on file for your reservation for any incidentals (with VRBO as the exception for this as they will transfer your CC information over directly ) FYI next time book direct as this could save you beaucoup bucks in services fees!!

IN BOOKING THE LOFTS:

ALL GUESTS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO FOLLOW ALL HOUSE RULES, NEIGHBORHOOD RULES, CITY LAWS AND ORDINANCES WHILE STAYING AT SLO BREW LOFTS. WE APPRECIATE YOU TAKING THE TIME TO REVIEW OUR RULES SO THAT WE CAN CONTINUE TO OFFER A SAFE AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL GUESTS!
